It’s Friday and the sun is shining! Introducing this week’s Spotlight, Bell!
What do you do?
I a Customer Retention Representative. I cancel and retain member’s subscriptions and help with any queries they may have.
How long have you been with the company?
I have been with the company for 7 months now.
What did you want to be growing up?
Growing up I must have changed my mind every week. I wanted to be a lawyer just so I could appear in court, a make-up artist only because I loved Bobby Brown make-up, an air hostess so I could go on free holidays… the list goes on!
How would your work mates describe you in 3 words?
Charismatic, Special, Funny. (So my team say!)
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
I would love to be invisible so when I don’t want to be seen, I can be invisible like Harry Potter.
Biggest inspiration? (Excluding family).
To be honest I don’t have someone specific. I’m not saying no one inspires me but I don’t have a particular person.
Marmite. Love or hate?
I have never actually tried it but I would say I hate it as I don’t like the smell or look of it.
What are your 3 favourite websites and why? (Excluding ours!)
- Ralph Lauren – all my sons clothes are from here.
- ASOS – my favourite place to do online shopping when I have no time to go shopping.
- Forever Unique – they have the nicest dresses ever, you can’t beat them!
A secret or fact that nobody at work knows?
I have a phobia of cats! If a cat comes near me I will scream and start jumping, can’t be around one. If a cat is outside my front door, I won’t go to my front door until the cat has gone.
What could you not live without at work (excluding your computer)?
A cup of tea in the morning, love it.
