I am a Customer Retention Representative – I speak to customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions and see if I can help them with the service we provide.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH THE COMPANY?
5 months now.
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE GROWING UP?
It’s changed throughout my childhood – at one point I wanted to be a cowboy (too many Western films), then I wanted to be a Policeman (too many episodes of The Bill), then later on in life I wanted to be a Lifeguard (too much Baywatch).
HOW WOULD YOUR WORK MATES DESCRIBE YOU IN 3 WORDS?
Memorable, Special, Trustworthy (Belle’s words).
IF YOU COULD HAVE A SUPER POWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
The ability to self-heal, like Wolverine in X-men.
BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
Martin Johnson – he gave me my greatest sporting memory, lifting the Rugby World Cup in 2003.

By the spoonful, love it!
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE 3 WEBSITES AND WHY?
Facebook.com – It’s a good way to find embarrassing photos of your friends and also a handy tool for piecing together any nights out that may be a bit blurry.
BBC News – for keeping up to date with everything that’s going on in the world, sport, weather and the occasional look at the important stuff.
Google – I’m too forgetful / lazy to remember what particular website addresses are, plus Google images is always good for finding silly photos.
A SECRET OR FACT THAT NOBODY AT WORK KNOWS?
I have serious issues with ladders, I can’t stand being up one.
WHAT COULD YOU NOT LIVE WITHOUT AT WORK (EXCLUDING YOUR COMPUTER)?
