Ladies and gents, It’s that time once again to meet another vital element of the Global Personals machine! Meet Charlotte, who works in the Customer Care department. We put her through our quick-fire question round to give you a better picture of another great character we have here at HQ…
WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am the Customer Care Supervisor which means that I assist Jess (Customer Care Manager) in managing the Customer Care team. I am mainly involved with the organising of the moderation team and have recently taken on all things fraud-related.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH THE COMPANY?
I started as a Customer Care executive 2 and a half years ago, I have seen a lot of changes along the way and have loved every minute.
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE GROWING UP?
I wanted to be lots of things when I was growing up, the one that stands out the most is a chef??! This phase soon passed but my fellow supportee’s do think I’m somewhat of a feeder 
HOW WOULD YOUR WORK MATES DESCRIBE YOU IN 3 WORDS?
I asked Jess and she says I’m a loyal, dedicated, perfectionist (I didn’t even have to pay her!)
IF YOU COULD HAVE A SUPER POWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Oooh this is a hard one…I’d like to get hold of Bernard’s Watch, he’s able to stop time whenever he wants. This could come in really handy for us girls trying to be ready on time for a night out!
BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
Everyone probably says the same but it has to be my parents!! They support me in everything I do and have always taught me not be afraid of hard work.
MARMITE. LOVE OR HATE?
I love Marmite…I agree with Fran, definitely goes well with just about everything
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE 3 WEBSITES AND WHY?
Sorry to say but my number 1 has to be Facebook.com. When I started at Global Personals, I must have been the only person in the office without an account, now I can safely say I’m absolutely hooked.
My second one is rather strange but I must visit the BBC 5-day weather forecast at least once a day, I am obsessed with the weather??!
hmmm third is probably ASOS.com – boring I know, I think most girls would say the same though!

I can’t tell you that….nosy!! 
WHAT ITEM ON YOUR DESK COULD YOU NOT LIVE WITHOUT (EXCLUDING YOUR COMPUTER)?
Well I was told on my first day that my best friend would be post-it notes – they were not wrong!! Other than that I could not live without my antibacterial hand gel…gotta have clean hands
